CRWIFI Ltda. - Who We Are
28 Years of RF (radio frequency) and Computer Experience
Our primary technician and system designer has been working in the US and Canada on computer systems since 1981. Throughout the 70's much of his time was spent installing transmission equipment for television in northern California, Nevada, and North Dakota. In the early 90's he started building computer networks for small to medium sized networks. Now after living in Costa Rica for 7 years he designed one of the most reliable means of providing internet service in the western central valley. Initially our customer base was only those that had no other method available to access the web less an internet cafe. After word got around even people with many options started requesting service and that has brought us up to this time.
We offer a 100% 30 day money back guarantee
How often do you here that in Costa Rica? CRWIFI Ltda. uses the same principles that competitive companies in the US and Canada do to succeed. We are going to tell you straight even if there is bad news. If we make a mistake, you will be compensated. If you have questions or problems, we will be here with the answers and solutions.
Legal ISP (internet service provider)
We are not a fly by night company hiding below the radar. We are fully licensed to resell and provide internet services to both commercial and residential customers anywhere in Costa Rica. The process to get this approval from SUTEL (Costa Rica's Telecommunications Superintendent) is difficult for a company because this organization wants to insure customer satisfaction. So protect yourself before you sign up with a new company. Make sure they are approved by SUTEL, because if they are not, then they are breaking the law and can be shutdown in a moments notice.
CRWIFI Ltda. - Ownership - Patricia Berrocal Alvarado (aka Linda)
This company is owned by a native Costa Rican woman who spent years pushing some people close to her to open a successful internet company. It is very likely that she was not only the youngest woman to receive SUTEL approval, but also the only female to have done so in Costa Rica's history at that time. Her communication skills in her native tongue with the government of Costa Rica, telecommunication companies, ICE, tax department, banking institutions, attorneys, and SUTEL made her dream come true. Her willingness to push her self six or seven days a week for over two years while learning English in the process paid off. The rest of us here that have been involved in this company's history can only say thanks to Patricia Berrocal Alvarado, known as Linda to all her friends. She still remains an integral part of all primary level decisions to this day.
